Can I pay for the subscription from my NDIS funding?
Yes, you can certainly use your NDIS funding to pay for the subscription.
Can I request an invoice so that I can claim it from NDIS?
Yes, please drop us a message here stating the NDIS participant's name and the plan that you're planning to subscribe.
When will I get billed?
Your billing cycle begins the day you purchase a paid plan for the first time. Your credit card will be charged every month or annually depends on the plan that you have selected.
What happen after the trial period?
After you sign up, you have 30 days to activate a subscription. We will send you a reminder before your trial expires. When your trial ends you will still have the option to upgrade to a paid subscription plan.
How do you handle payments? How secure is my card information?
We use Stripe payment gateway to process all payments. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We do not store your card information on our server.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Your account will still be active until the billing cycle you already paid for ends. We are unable to offer refunds.
